Job Title: Licensed Physical Therapist (Trauma-informed)
​Life Restoration and Wellness is a growing multi-disciplinary health and wellness clinic seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to serve the needs of our clients. We currently provide in-person and virtual mental health services for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other conditions. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who will provide expert services in their scope of practice to promote physical health and wellness, restore movement and function, and optimize quality of life. The successful candidate will be kind, caring, compassionate, highly motivated, and a self-starter. They will be an integral part of the therapeutic team and work together with other practitioners who specialize in mental and physical health. They will provide a supportive service to our clients on their path to health, wellness, healing, and recovery. This is an in-person, W-2 employee position, with benefits available for full-time employees.

$70k - $130k, Commensurate with case load and experience

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a client base.

Provide skillful and compassionate instruction while utilizing a trauma-informed approach.

Maintain records and complete documentation in a timely manner.

Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, participating in quality reviews and reporting needed changes.

Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Michigan Licensure required, where applicable (Required).

Certification (or interest) in trauma-informed care (Required).
