Compensation

$70k - $130k, Commensurate with case load and experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a client base.

• Provide skillful and compassionate instruction while utilizing a trauma-informed approach.

• Maintain records and complete documentation in a timely manner.

• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, participating in quality reviews and reporting needed changes.

• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements.

• Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Meet or exceed all requirements of company policies and procedures.

Experience:

• 2+ years (Preferred)

Qualifications:

• Michigan Licensure required, where applicable (Required).

• Certification (or interest) in trauma-informed care (Required).

• Willingness to receive ongoing training in trauma-informed practice (Required).
