Life Restoration and Wellness is a growing multi-disciplinary health and wellness clinic seeking a qualified Mental/Behavioral Health Therapist to Provide Outpatient office and telehealth psychotherapy services to our clients.  We are located in the Marquette, MI area and provide in-person and telehealth services for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.  We have a waitlist of clients who are waiting to begin therapy, and are looking to get them started as soon as possible.  Your job is to be an excellent therapist - we take care of the rest!  Interested applicants should submit a cover letter and resume to CustomerService@LifeRestorationAndWellness.com.

This is an in-person (non-remote), W-2 employee position, with benefits available for full-time employees.

Compensation: $70,000 to $130,000 per year

• Range depends on case load, skill level, and overall experience.

Every team member has a designated office and workspace (complete with a laptop computer, comfortable furniture and decorations).  We have a spacious waiting area and dedicated office staff to take care of the administrative needs of clients and therapists.

 

What You’d Do in This Role:

As a clinical therapist, you're a kind, caring, compassionate person who loves to see lives transformed.  You’ll use evidence-based and trauma-informed techniques to equip our clients to empower themselves to see their hurts healed, their mental health restored, and their lives changed for the better in a way that makes all of us at Life Restoration and Wellness Proud.

 

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2+ years' experience in a role as a clinical therapist or counselor.

• You’re fully-licensed as an LMSW or LPC in the State of Michigan.

• You have great interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

• You have experience or an interest in trauma healing.

• You have strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• You are certified in EMDR or other trauma therapies (or have a strong desire for training in this area).
