My Story
Grace Emmendorfer, LLMSW
Now Accepting New Clients!
Hello, I’m Grace, a clinical therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and a trauma-informed approach for both children and adults. I implement evidence-based treatments, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBI), and a Strengths-Based approach. My goal is to support clients as they grow, heal, and reach their personal goals.
Seeking help can be challenging, and I believe everyone needs support at different points in their lives. I offer a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, empowering them to grow and make positive changes.
Using approaches like CBT and MBI, I help clients recognize how their strengths can guide them toward their goals. Together, we work to identify emotions, understand how those feelings influence behavior, and develop responses that align with their desired outcomes.
I offer both in-person and telehealth services to meet the diverse needs of my clients. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to growth and healing!
